28 years in law enforcement
Former manager of the Billings Job Service
The NRA has endorsed Frank Fleming for HD51
I support natural resource development
I retired after a 28 year career in law enforcement. I do not support de-funding of police budgets. This is a step backward and a dramatic rise in crime will result. Taking away money from the police budget is not the answer to societies social problems. I encourage police to work closely with social services while performing their job duties. Duties and responsibilities of police and social services must remain separate. For budgetary purposes both must secure their funding and justification for as separate entities. I support the premise of offenders accepting individual responsibility for the crimes that they commit. I believe that offenders need to be held accountable for their criminal actions.
I am a former manager of the Billings Job Service. I know how to create jobs which we will need to economically recover from the Covid-19 virus. I support efforts to create, attract and retain employment opportunities. I support the necessity of new and existing businesses as a primary source of economic growth in Montana. I support the on-going and future industry of technology to create new jobs in our state. Existing law that promotes unnecessary regulation must be eliminated.
I am a proud National Rifle Association (NRA) member. The NRA has endorsed my candidacy for HD51. I support the right of citizens to keep and bear arms. I support the Montana Firearms Freedom Act that requires the prosecution of government employee(s) that violates it. I strongly favor the castle doctrine of self defense and its extension to vehicles.
I am in support of natural resource development that promotes jobs in Montana and responsibly provides stewardship and reduces dependence on federal aid and foreign interference. I support designation of hydroelectric power as a renewable energy source by the state and federal government entities.

Representative Fleming believes Montana families deserve real answers to assure environmentally sound natural resource development, to protect our property rights, to support family, and to limit government.
I was proud to sit next to Frank last session in the Montana House. He votes his platform.
Please vote again for Frank Fleming. Montana needs him in the House.
