Montana's State Representative for House District 51. Serving the Southside and Southwest area of Billings, Montana.
I have lived in Billings for 37 years and House District 51 for 15 years. Unlike my opponent, I'm not running for political office in HD 51 because I think I can buy a win. This is my home and I care about the neighbors I live around and represent. I am not an elitist. I come from a blue-collar background which reflects the values and interests of HD 51. I am running because I wish to represent the needs and concerns of the people in HD51. Primarily, concerns about jobs and safe neighborhoods.
I earned bachelor and masters degree in Education with an emphasis in public administration from MSU-Billings. I am a former chief executive officer for the United States Courts and a former manager of the Billings Job Service. I have a unique set of knowledge, skills and abilities that I want to use to give back to Billings and the great State of Montana. My top priorities include job creation, public safety and a balanced budget that is sustainable and doesn't burden tax payers. I would appreciate your vote and support.
Frank knows corrections better than nearly anyone. His experience is needed in a time when crime is increasing and our jails are filling up.
